Orders, Returns, and Cancellation Policy
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
This website contains products of an adult nature. All customers must be 18 years or older to purchase. Purchasing from us is acceptance of these terms and is confirmation that you the customer are over 18 years old. International customers are responsible for any applicable importation fees of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customs requirements of that country. Items bought on our website are subject to design and copyright laws, and are not to be copied or in any manner reproduced without express permission of House of Wolfram LLC.
House of Wolfram LLC strives to provide as accurate and exact a service as possible; nevertheless, technical, factual and/or printing errors may occur as these are handmade products. We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor will be the exact match of the color of the goods delivered.
House of Wolfram reserves the right to refuse business to any individual, business, or organization.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled by the customer within 24hrs of order being placed and no later by emailing us at info@houseofwolfram.com.
RETURNS
CURRENTLY, HOUSE OF WOLFRAM IS UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY ORDERS PAST THE 24HR ORDER CANCELLATION PERIOD.
We will however offer to replace any product suffering a manufacturing defect.
If a product is suffering a manufacturing defect, it may be exchanged within 7 days after delivery provided the following conditions apply:
-The product has not been damaged by the consumer due to accident, misuse, or lack of care.
-The product must be returned with all its original parts and packaging.
No refunds or exchanges will be considered after the 7 day period.
Privacy Policy
We understand and respect the importance of our customers' privacy and guarantee that House of Wolfram LLC will under no circumstances communicate any of our customers' personal data to any third parties. This includes names, credit card information, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, favorite colors, birthdays, phobias, secret spaghetti sauce recipes, and terrible poems.

Any of any products by House Of Wolfram LLC outside of this intended use is taken at the users own risk and is not condoned by House Of Wolfram LLC.
Delivery Times
Items are made to order and may be dispatched up to 2 weeks from the point of payment clearance and address verification. We will notify you of any delays to your order.
Please allow for longer dispatch times for orders placed during holidays (i.e. Christmas). We will contact you if there is a delay.
For goods delivered outside of the U.S.A, the consignee (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and completion.
House of Wolfram LLC shall not be deemed responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
